Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all documents are processed within stipulated timelines and according to the operational procedures
• Check all documentation and ensure it meets requirements.
• Data-entry of key information such as client and product information, premium amount into the system
• Approve submission in online platform (internal/external system)
• Review unmatched lodgements/Exceptions
• Cleaning of submission data from the system as and when necessary
• Attend to all inquiries, feedbacks and complaints including highlighting issues and offering solutions to the Reporting Manager;
• Build and maintain good working relationships across all levels of personnel, internally and externally;
• Ensure accurate and timely communication network between Team members & Reporting Manager;
• Prepare, update, upload, archive and send data reports on daily, weekly and monthly frequencies (as and when required)
• Ensure all reports are accurate before disseminating to relevant departments within the timeline
• Prepare and/or participate in User Acceptance Test (UAT) for new system applications (when required)
• Participate in projects (such as system migration) as and when necessary
• Any Ad hoc duties which may include assisting other staff members and answering queries from advisers
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the above functional activities.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of Life Insurance backroom experience preferred
• Competency in Excel (preferred)
• High accuracy with an eye for detail (preferred)
• Academic: min. Diploma / Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Professional Certification(s): Relevant Insurance certificates e.g. M5, M9 (preferred)

• Provide regular internal reports to superiors for performance enhancement purposes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience in cooling for data center
• Successful candidate must have strong network with consultants in Singapore.
• Project Manager experience is highly advantageous.
• Flexible to travel islandwide
• Class 3 Driving License with own transport is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Reports to Operations Manager/Project Engineer, coordinate between Project Team and Vendors.
• Hands on experience on servicing and troubleshooting of machineries and equipment.
• Plan PM & CM schedule and monitor status.
• Plan, supervise and manage daily work schedule for workers.
• Monitor Stock/spare parts level.
• Willing to hands on technical repair work.
• Lead a team of workers, oversee warehouse, workshop & assembly operations to meet delivery times.
• Assist engineers on all the equipment maintenance & repair monitoring, arrange and coordinate with customers
• Purchase, plan and expediting of accessories & spare parts from suppliers.
• Arrange for test, inspection and packing of assembled products
• Responsible for the maintenance of all workshop equipment, tooling and fixture

- Maintaining healthy Food inventory level and avoid over purchase
