Job Description:
Perform shipment arrangements from point of client engagement till the end of its business cycle.
- Work with and manage Clients’ expectations to fulfil shipment requirements.
-Liaise with respective Vendor partners; ensuring costs of shipment arrangements are in line with the business.
- Processing shipments via required administrative channels/systems.
- Work within organization’s network of partners to ensure actual shipment arrangement is completed.
- Perform billing and costing upon shipment completion.
- Provide periodic relevant reports
Qualification :
· Results driven
· Attention to detail
· Good command of English; both written and verbal
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel and Word
· Fresh from Studies are welcomed to apply
· Experience in freight forwarding is a plus
