The Customer Services Assistant provides assistance to customers at check-in counters. He/she ensures that passengers’ details match the information on travel documents and handles customer issues regarding flight operations and automated check-in systems. To maintain a safe working environment, he/she complies with all safety and/or security standards and reports safety and/or security breaches to officers and supervisors.

The Customer Services Assistant demonstrates professional behaviour when responding to passenger complaints and acts as a service ambassador for the organisation. About the Role

KrisShop is the omnichannel retail arm of the Singapore Airlines group, where it serves primarily as a redemption platform for KrisFlyer members to earn and burn KrisFlyer miles via a thoughtfully curated selection of products and services.

As Assistant Manager, eCommerce (Australia), you will work closely with the Head, eCommerce (Regional) to develop and operationalize digital marketing campaigns, as well as manage onsite/User Interface matters for the KrisShop Australia platform, to assist the Business Development and Account Management team in driving sales for the Australian market.

As this role will focus primarily on the Australian market, working knowledge of the Australian eCommerce market and consumer consumption habits, demographics and trends is a must. You must also have a strong grasp of eCommerce marketing principles and hands-on experience with using eCommerce systems such as Adobe Commerce/Magento to create and manage onsite campaigns for KrisShop Australia. • To further enhance Manufacturing Engineer capability in Engineering
• Oversee the Manufacturing Engineering activity in Engine Overhaul/Component Repair production areas.
