Job Summary:
This role is a unique blend of warehouse duties and customer-facing responsibilities. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers have a positive experience from purchase to delivery and beyond. A key part of this role will require you to make deliveries using a company vehicle, so a valid driving license is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Packing:
Accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and ship online orders.
Verify order details, ensuring the correct items and quantities are packaged.
Maintain a clean and organized packing station.
Adhere to packaging guidelines and quality standards.
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
After-Sales Support:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping, and returns.
Process returns and exchanges efficiently.
Resolve order discrepancies and address customer concerns.
Customer Support:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
Answer product-related questions and provide recommendations.
Assist customers with placing orders and navigating the website.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues or escalate complex problems.
Deliveries:
Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle. This may include navigating to different locations and ensuring timely delivery of products.
