• Lead the Mechanical Engineering Project Team and manage the operational and technical work and processes, including managing manpower, equipment and tools resources to support production schedule and optimize work capability and capacity of the projects.
• Ensure proper PJ management with profit by implementing necessary actions and identifying potential risks and problems as Senior Engineering Manager of the assigned project, regardless of the stage of the project (FS, FEED or EPC).
• Manage and supervise key engineering aspects, especially with regard to the area of Mechanical Engineering, such as finalizing of the design basis, material flow diagram, concept of equipment layout for projects executed by JGCAP and its APAC group companies, in order to ensure a timely and sound performance (including cost, time, quality and safety).
• Work closely with senior division manager/division manager, senior managements and executives of JGCAP to support the evaluation and selection of projects to be undertaken by JGCAP or its APAC group compnies.
• Manage and support technical sales to customers together with the sales departments of JGCAP and group companies in the APAC region. The position is expected to support technically the team of approximately 20 employees (planned to be expanded to 50 employees) in sales departments in respect of engineering management.
• Support the senior division manager/division manager in developing and maintaining an organization capable of meeting current and future demands through effective organizational planning, motivation of personnel, and appropriate training to achieve and exceed the performance requirements of the project.
• Ensure that installation, troubleshooting, qualification & validation of equipment meet project requirements.
• The role is expected to report to the senior division manager/division manager on a regular or as-needed basis on the performance of the projects as required to achieve the goals of JGCAP Group as a whole.

[Job Requirement]

• 10+ years of experience in the oil & gas or industrial and urban infrastructure related industry, of which at least 5 years in managerial position or above.
• In-depth working knowledge of industrial code and standards commonly applied to oil & gas or industrial and urban infrastructure EPC project such as ASME, API, ASTM is a must.
• 7+ years of experience in mechanical engineering in EPC or Front-End Engineering and Design (FEED), as well as feasibility study. Successful candidate is also required to possess at least 3 years of these experiences in the APAC region, with a preference for candidates who have experiences in Thailand.
• At least 5 years of experience in EPC projects in the oil & gas or industrial and urban infrastructure related industry as a Lead Mechanical engineer of projects in the APAC region.
• At least 5 years experience in solid handling equipment and material handling equipment such as separation, crushing and grinding, mixing, kneading, transporting, feeding, weighing, filling equipment, in addition to mechanical equipment such as vessel, heat exchanger, filter, pump and blowers.
• Experience of leading a team of more than 20 employees.
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to think "outside the box" to solve problems.

Job Summary:

The Adobe Campaign Manager maximizes the capabilities of Adobe Campaign Classic to guarantee the effective delivery of digital crucial for our client's business success. Responsibilities:

1. Engage in collaboration with globally dispersed teams, including HQ Korea and the Asia Pacific Regional Team (SEAO and its subsidiaries), for campaign planning, analysis, advisory, and coordination of tasks related to campaign workflow development, proofing, and execution.
2. Interface directly with client teams, addressing and overseeing client requests through in-person meetings, phone calls, and email communication.

Requirements:

Summary

The Service Lead is mainly focusing on ensuring the team is respecting the governance put in place with the client and that the level of service delivered to the client is as expected. He must have an excellent macro view of CA-CIB information system and good technical skills to be able to help during major incident resolution as well as promote and contribute to Continuous Improvement.

He/she is based in Singapore but works according to Paris windows of service, under the service manager of his business line.

Main Responsibilities

The Service Lead is accountable for:

• Performing all run activities in respect of CA-CIB process, ensuring:

– The team respects the SLA (changes, incidents, requests)

– Appropriate reaction, in line with the severity of an incident or escalation.

– ITS ITIL process is dully followed (change, incident, problem management).

• Handling escalation on actions from Production Engineers Level 3 (incident, request, change)

– Escalates to management if needed

– Check if Knowledge was shared within the team and perform filed sessions.

– Enable coordination with other team (AS, Infra, Network, Build….)

– Create PSS post major incident and when improvement topic requires it

• Continuous improvement of service provided by Production Engineer L2 / L3

– Enable and encourage Improvement spirit within the team by being a role model on that topics

– Ensure the team has proper time slots to make the ongoing improvement

– Promote automation / Innovation

• Managing knowledge in coordination with AS community in Paris and London

– Trains Production Engineers on transferred activities for his business line (production of the applications)

– Proactively liaise with third party teams to bring trainings, documents, sharing session with ‘his’ own team.

– Controls that Knowledge database is regularly updated

• Driving the most complex operations & ensures they are well prepared by Production Engineers (involvement on DRP test, WIP, major incidents etc…).

– Act as global coordinator during DRP / WIP / main events.

– Review of major releases roadmaps with the team

Working Hours and Shift Organization:

• Service Lead is expected to work in shifted time to be able to be onsite at the time its clients (in Paris generally) are working. Expected timings would be 2pm to 11pm Sgp time

• Few times a year, Service Lead will be required to coordinate major events (DRP or other) on site during weekends.

• Service Lead might be escalated during non-office hours on his professional / personal phone.
