• A bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electronic, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• At least 8 to 10 years of experience as an operational leader within a high-pace, high-volume manufacturing setting.
• Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control methodologies, manufacturing costing, and workforce management.
• Practical experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement techniques preferred; ISO certification is highly regarded.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and management across culturally diverse groups.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven record of implementing process optimizations.
• Ability to communicate effectively, fostering collaboration across various departments within the company.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently, often at short notice.
