Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement paid media strategies across diverse online advertising channels such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Pinterest Ads, and Tiktok Ads.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of paid media campaigns with overarching marketing and business goals.
• Take charge of the entire lifecycle of paid media campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and ongoing fine-tuning.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze data, and offer insights for enhancing Purchases, ROI, CPA, and ROAS.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging advertising platforms.
• Generate regular reports detailing campaign performance and deliver data-driven recommendations for enhancement.
• Persistently conduct testing and experimentation involving various ad formats, targeting choices, and creative tactics.
• Perform market research and analyze customer data to unearth growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Digital Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital and social media marketing.
• Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Pinterest Ads, Tiktok Ads and other platforms.
• Proficiency in ad campaign setup, optimization, and budget management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Experience in Women’s apparel industry is preferred.
