Description

The Business Intelligence Manager/Senior Manager is responsible for collecting, aggregating, and reporting business investment data (client, supplier and Publicis product investment). The candidate will be successful and enjoy the role if they have an inquisitive problem-solving mind, excellent attention to detail, and can build strong working relationships with stakeholders. Publicis Media's reporting continually evolves and improves so there is significant creative scope to develop new skills and apply new tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing business investment data across a multi-market remit
• Ensuring that local market contacts deliver a range of reports on time and to a sufficient standard
• Using Alteryx to aggregate and clean data on a periodic basis
• Updating multiple PowerBI dashboards
• Responding to requests for data and inquiries into the figures from all areas of the business
• Excellent Excel skills
• Background in digital advertising with proven reporting experience
• A good understanding of all Agency media types and key suppliers
• An aptitude for learning to use reporting/dashboarding tools

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline
• An interest in statistics
• Familiarity with Alteryx
• Experience building or using PowerBI dashboards

Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible in making decisions that ensure the quality and timeliness of construction deliverables by overseeing onsite operations teams, vendors, subcontractors and clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Assisting the Senior Project Manager in managing project engineering of ACMV systems including planning and defining project scope, goals and deliverables
• Developing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources allocation
• Work together with Senior Project Manager to ensure project progress meet project submission, project schedule including coordinating activities and resolving problems
• Managing the work activities and performance of the subcontractors, supervisors and workers and liaise with clients, relevant authorities and consultants to resolve bottlenecks
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Communicating project status updates to stakeholders, including clients, management and team member
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time
• Prepare and update all site reports, monitor and report progress of project
• Conduct safety compliance and risk assessment

Job Requirements

• Min. 10 years of experience in ACMV works
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Proficient in Software with strong understanding of Drawings
• Fluent in ACMV knowledge and installation – CHWP, VRV, VRF systems
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance
• Familiarity with ACMV engineering principles, industry standards and regulations
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and techniques
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
