Job Scope:

• Assist in managing daily contact centre operations professionally via phone-in, email and walk-in.

• Collaborate with contact centre staff to address and resolve operational issues promptly.

• Provide immediate attention to customers' needs and follow-up with appropriate resolutions

• Enhance customers’ experience by executing satisfactory service recovery actions

• Achieving the set targets for productivity and quality

• Complete fulfilment of application and renewal of contracts for both Residential and Business customers

• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for administrative matters
• Required to perform front-line customer service tasks such as answering enquiries and following up with email correspondences, etc.
• Co-ordinates, receives and monitors applications for courses, projects and activities at the Area level.
• Prepare claims submission documents for courses, activities, and events and monitor related expenditure.
• Sources for vendors in accordance with the needs of related courses, projects, events and activities assigned budget and prepares Call for Quotations where necessary.
• Supports activities and events as needed.
• Monitor and update office supplies and inventories.
• Submits monthly reports
• Any other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Possess experience in admin related role
• Physically active and interested in outdoor activities (need to organised/participate in outdoor activities)
