This is enabled through its strengths in analysis of complex microbiomes, using advanced computational biology and cutting-edge facilities in genome sequencing, bio-imaging and bioreactor processes.

SCELSE is seeking to hire a Manager, Business Data Operations Management provide day-to-day facilities management and the data centre in SCELSE through ongoing end-user support as well as monitoring of HPC resources, including its 13,000 plus core compute servers and over 4 PB of high-capacity storage. The Business Data Operations manager is also responsible for the yearly performed external audit, as well as the key contact person for the SCELSE NSCC (National Super Computing Center) partnership.
