Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search engines, and email
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and websites to attract and retain target audiences
• SEO & SEM: Enhance website visibility through search engine optimization (SEO) and paid marketing campaigns (SEM)
• Social Media Marketing: Manage social media accounts, monitor trends, and create strategies to boost brand presence and engagement
• Data Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, generating actionable insights
• Email Marketing: Design and implement email campaigns to nurture leads and engage with existing customers
• Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital platforms
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors’ digital activities to identify opportunities for improvement
• Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets for digital campaigns to maximize ROI
• Trend Adaptation: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies fresh and effective

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Canva; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns
• Creativity and attention to detail in developing and presenting marketing content
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for digital trends and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
