• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience with team management skills.
• Proficient in Tableau, MS Excel, and SAP; real estate experience is a plus.

Risk Data Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Risk Data Business Analyst to join our team.

This crucial role will support the enhancement, implementation, and ongoing support of risk data-related projects.

You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality risk data.

Responsibilities:

• Translate complex risk data requirements into detailed specifications for our technology teams.

• Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test strategy developmentand scenario creation. Independently resolve UAT issues and provide support to end-users.
