• Excellent data visualization skills, with experience in creating dashboard reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Knowledge with database, data modelling and ETL pipeline development.

• Responsible for MySQL database administration and management (capacity planning, installation, backup, recovery, monitoring, optimizations, troubleshooting, etc).
• Support the development team for MySQL database designing, creating, and optimising.
• Review existing software architecture and contribute to future improvements to enhance MySQL database stability and maximise performance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as database engineer.

• Carry out periodic reviews of assigned trust portfolios to ensure they are being administered in accordance with the trust deeds, the company’s policies, and legal and tax requirements.
• Maintaining accurate and updated trust records. Create Viewpoint Master files, set up and uploaded all trust documents into ViewPoint and maintenance of all necessary principal records and trust files.
• Acts as a primary point of contact for trust clients and ensures transparency in trust administration by providing high-quality customer service to clients, building strong relationships, and maintaining a client-focused approach.
• Ability to draft trustee minutes, resolutions, or any trust related documents.
• Administration of trusts and foundations, including its underlying structure and portfolios.
• Work closely with other departments to coordinate services for clients.
• Collaborate with professional advisors, investment managers and banks in the management of the assets of the trusts and foundations.

Qualifications Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, finance, accounting, or relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Trust Administration or relevant. 1 year+ of experience in solid Trust Administration will be considered and are strongly encouraged to apply (remuneration will commensurate with experience)
• Solid understanding of relevant trust laws and regulations related to trusts, estate planning, taxation, and fiduciary responsibilities.
