About the Company

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Design Engineer to participate and support design matters for infrastructure projects.

• Planning and draft engineering designs, and perform cost estimation for projects including new tenders;
• Review and check design calculations, as well as assist in technical design and drafting and submissions to authorities;
• Ensure projects align with civil & structural engineering design criteria and relevant safety, quality and regulatory standards;
• Liaise among project stakeholders, including subcontractors, to ensure all civil, structural, and geotechnical works meet project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline;
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably handling infrastructure projects;
• Ability to handle projects with strong focus on quality assurance and time management;
• Proficiency in industry-standard software;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly skilled and versatile Graphic Designer to contribute to the visual identity and creative output of our agency. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for crafting compelling visual communications across various mediums, collaborating with our team to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and design visually stunning graphics, logos, icons, and branding materials

- Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and social media assets

- Design and layout publications, reports, and presentations

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and designs for campaigns

- Work closely with copywriters to develop cohesive visual and verbal identities

Requirements:

• Involved in large projects ranging from commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, healthcare and etc.
• Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes.
• Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team and Consultants for best results.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site and/or authorities compliance problems.
• Well versed with planning, codes and building regulations and be updated on contractual and authorities’ requirements.
• Strong design portfolio exhibiting a range of sustainable design project experience.
• Possess creative design thinking and excellent design detailing skills.

Requirements

• Architectural masters/degree recognized by Board of Architects Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years of post graduate architectural experience.
• Bim/Revit, Archicad, Autocad, Sketchup, In-Design, as well as basic rendering and graphics publishing software programs.

• 2 years contract basis (upon expiry of contract, either extension or conversion to perm based on performance, there is no bond to be served)
