Resonsibilites

• Attend preliminary meetings with the team to understand the project specifications and scope
• Produce high quality and accurate full set drawings of various project stages from design development up to construction stage in a timely manner
• Prepare Tender Drawings/ Presentation Drawings, such as Schematic Drawings, Plans, Elevations, and Details Drawings for the Design Projects
• Ability to analyze data and situation and come up with creative solutions.
• Keep up to date on industry and engineering standards.

Requirement

• A degree in a design related
• Strong and extensive knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, 3DsMax, SketchUp, Photoshop
• Experience in the hospitality design industry for 4-5 years
• Good at attendtion to details, teamwork abilities, strong communication skill, and time management

Responsibilities

• Discuss, propose, and manage renovation projects with prospective clients.
• Design and handle sales presentations to clients.
• Liaising and meeting with clients, contractors, and suppliers on various stages of renovation works.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): English
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent

Roles & Responsibilities

• To assist in developing, conceptualizing, and implementing new marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Assist in designing creative content and assets for marketing, PR, and advertising collaterals such as posters, POS materials, advertisements, brochures, booklets, social media, menus, photo and video editing, website design, product and packaging design

Requirements:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator is a must)
• Video editing skills on video editing software (premiere pro, after effects)
• Have a creative eye and ability to work and adapt well to different environments with a good sense of design and an eye for detail
• Good organization and time management skills. Able to work independently and in a team setting
• Problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit, with the capability of coming up with wild and unconventional ideas
• A flair for storytelling. Ability to conceptualize and bring to life creative concepts.
