• Provide equipment on-site inspection, corrective & preventive maintenance activities & repair services to hospital, nursing home and home patients;

• Respond to breakdown calls;

To be successful in this position, you will possess:

• Diploma/Degree related to Engineering, Computer Engineering/Science or related discipline
• Possessed at least 1-3 years of experience in IT network connectivity/integration-HL7 programming
• Technical background and/or with Autocad knowledge;
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous, energetic, resourceful and able to work under pressure;
• Field experience preferably within the Healthcare or service related sector;
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service by possessing good interpersonal and communication skills.

As part of the Technical Service Delivery Team, the role serves as a frontline professional that involves;

1. Participates in project implementation in the supporting role. • We are seeking highly motivated individuals skilled in DevOps to join us for some exciting projects. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers and business experts to create solutions that exist in both digital and physical realms.

What will you do?

• Manage the development of the internal engineering productivity tools and environments.
• Providing DevOps architecture implementation and operational support
• Architecture and planning for cloud deployments (Private and Public cloud)
• Be an innovative and hands-on DevOps engineer capable of looking at both thetechnology and strategy around the platform.
• Future-proofing the technical environments and ensuring extremely highlevels of automation, availability, scalability and resilience.
• Manage the development of the internal engineering productivity tools and environments.
• Manage processes, automation, best practices, documentation.
• Development and operation of continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Monitoring automation to effectively detect/predict/prevent issues in the environment and code base.
• Ability to conduct research into software issues and products as required
• Working with the latest tools and techniques
• Hands-on coding and mentoring, usually in a pair programming environment
• Working in highly collaborative teams and building quality environments.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast paced, global environment
• Knowledge in lots of different open source technologies and configurations.

What are we looking for?

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Communications or other related disciplines.
• At least three years of professional experience in a DevOps engineer or equivalent position.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Devops automation, containerisation and orchestration using tools like Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible and Docker
• Strong scripting skills e.g. Python, Bash, JavaScript
• Cloud computing deployment and management experience -AWS
• Understand/practice Agile projects
• Strong understanding of networking

Preferred:

• Experience with highly scalable distributed systems
• Breadth of knowledge - OS, networking, distributed computing, cloud computing

Job Responsibilities:

• Deploy and provide professional services: This includes, but is not limited to, the implementation and upgrading of Cybersecurity products that Netpoleon distributes. Occasionally, this will involve managing customers and timelines.
• Provide workable solutions: Offer solutions (or alternatives) based on customers’ requirements.
• Conduct product training: Provide training on our products to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Perform installations and configurations: Carry out installations and configurations independently using product manuals.
• Upskill and certification: You will upskill and obtain technical certifications for the products or technologies you handle, as applicable.
• Subject matter expertise: Over time, become a subject matter expert to assist in transferring domain knowledge and technical skills to our maintenance team to better support our customers.
• Technical assistance: Support the sales and support teams in technical matters, such as product feature clarification, implementation considerations, tender compliance, and other ad-hoc situations.
• Troubleshoot server, application, and network-related problems: Diagnose and resolve issues affecting servers, applications, and networks to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of network security infrastructure, configurations, and incident response activities. Generate comprehensive reports on security incidents, vulnerabilities, and remediation efforts for management and stakeholders to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.

Job Requirements:

• Positive and professional working attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of handling stress, meeting tight deadlines, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Nitec/Higher Nitec certificate, Diploma or Degree in IT, IS, Cyber Security, or related fields.
• Good fundamental knowledge in Networking.
• Strong understanding of technology infrastructures such as Firewalls, VPN, DLP, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxy, DNS, Email Security, Log Management, SIEM, Virtualization, Containers, AWS, Azure, Google cloud, DevOps/DevSecOps, Privilege Account Security, Identify Access Management, Endpoint Security, CyberArk Conjur.
• Demonstrate a strong interest in staying updated on cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques.
• Proficiency in programming language like Python, C++, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Bash scripting, and Power Shell is advantageous.
• Compliance with Company Information Security Standards.

• Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday*
• Training consisting of in-house and vendor-led will be provided. Additional sponsored training available to confirmed staffs subject to performance assessment.
