About The Role

We are looking for a Partner Director to lead a team of Inside Channel Account Managers (ICAMs) for APJC. This role will be based out of Singapore and will report to the Vice President of Partner Sales, APJC.

In this role, your first responsibility will be to attract talent and hire your inside partner sales team based out of APJC. You will be accountable for establishing the team with clear roles, responsibilities, and key performance goals to operationalize partner recruitment and onboarding, enabling Cloudflare to reach customers across new geographies and territories in APJC. Job Responsibilities

• Review CD/CP and Repo/RRP funding structures and interbank counterparties
• Review HQLA portfolio in Singapore
• Review risk control measures such as credit risk, duration risk etc.
• Expand domestic market network
• Improve daily operations
• Educate junior staff
• Adhere all internal rules, regulations and compliance requirements
• Provide market information and insights to SMBC colleagues

Job Requirements

• Degree in Banking & Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years+ relevant experience in Assets Liability Management
• Good knowledge of the Financial market
• Fluent oral and written communication skills in English
• Strong quantitative skill
• Good interpersonal and relationship skill
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel VBA Skills
• Team Player with good interpersonal and relationship skill
