The Assistant Director of Innovative Finance Lab (IFL, formerly known as the Hatchery and it

is currently in the renaming process), Capital Mobilisation (CM) is a new role that has been

established to:

1. Respond to the emerging need to innovate with ecosystem players in targeting

financing gaps to address SDG targets and to explore new ways of mobilising capital

for development, and to

2. Coordinate internal operational programme management activities, especially in

What you will do:

a) As the head of the Innovative Finance Lab:

● You will lead the process of planning and executing strategies for the Innovative

Finance Lab under AVPN Capital Mobilisation (CM) portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement paid media strategies across diverse online advertising channels such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Pinterest Ads, and Tiktok Ads.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of paid media campaigns with overarching marketing and business goals.
• Take charge of the entire lifecycle of paid media campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and ongoing fine-tuning.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze data, and offer insights for enhancing Purchases, ROI, CPA, and ROAS.

Requirements:

• Degree in Digital Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital and social media marketing.
• Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Pinterest Ads, Tiktok Ads and other platforms.
• Proficiency in ad campaign setup, optimization, and budget management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Experience in Women’s apparel industry is preferred.
