• You will drive co-creation of new solutions and digital journeys, by leveraging design principles and HCD approach

Team Summary

The Implementation team are responsible for managing end-to-end lifecycle of client or network partner implementations (onboarding, offboarding or remediation). What a Manager, Strategy Practice, Visa Consulting & Analytics does at Visa:

We are looking for an individual to join us as a Manager in Visa Consulting and Analytics, Strategy Practice, based in Singapore. This individual will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for digital payments across Asia Pacific working closely with the Practice Lead, and the country teams. The Manager will be responsible for leading significant components of client consulting engagements, within the digital & strategy vertical. Typically, this will involve the Manager interacting with the client team, gathering and managing project inputs, analyzing data to form conclusions and recommendations, developing and presenting compelling project reports and working with clients on executing recommendations.

The Manager will also manage a pipeline of engagements from early lead stages through to signature, project kick-off and delivery. These engagements will vary greatly in scope and value and, although the pipeline will be driven mainly by traditional bank card issuers, the Consultant range will also encompass merchants, acquirers and processors; government entities; as well as new entrants and non-traditional players in the virtual and physical payments ecosystem.

Usually, 2-4 months in duration and running in parallel, potential projects could include payment strategy review and roadmap design, digital payments wallet assessment and launch, mobile banking App review and enhancement. It would also include driving strategy engagements on client portfolios powered by Visa’s data, collaborating closely with the data science teams on building data driven solutions to drive digitization and growth of payments with clients, development of industry landscape evaluations and best practices.

About the role:

We are seeking a driven, customer-centric, innovative, and results-oriented Account Manager to focus on the Japanese market. You will be instrumental in establishing and expanding our market presence. This role involves handling and supporting Customer Success and working closely with our channel partner in Japan. • Be part of the entire event management process along with event director and wider team
• Support the design and delivery of event and user experience for various types of events (ie. exhibition, conference, awards, etc)
