Job responsibilities:
· Able to conduct stand-up training/workshops and facilitation
· Able to conduct virtual/remote training workshops using relevant software (e.g. MS Teams/WebEx)
· Design and develop training on environmental sustainability
· Liaison with clients to tailor training and consultancy packages to meet their needs
· Monitor demand and popularity of available programs and propose changes when necessary
· Recruit and maintain pool of freelance trainers and qualified consultants to run courses and provide professional services as when required
· Oversee the tracking of data on workshops and courses that will go towards producing monthly progress reports
· Responsible for conducting training sessions when necessary
· Conduct biodiversity research in areas related and relevant to SEC’s mission and program
· Planning of yearly Training calendar, course content & framework for Sustainability/Environment.
· Collaborate/work closely with the Client Engagement team (Sales)
· Prepare proposals for Training & Funding
Any other adhoc duties as and when assigned by the Management
Job Requirements:
· At least 6 years’ experience in training and education with 2 years of experience in leading a team
· Hands-on approach with good interpersonal communication, presentation and negotiation skills
· Good command of both English and Mandarin language for Conducting training to diverse audience
· Well-versed with Microsoft Office Suite e.g. Word, Power-point and Excel
· Passionate, Self-Driven, Pro-active and Collaborative
Knowledge of local and global sustainability/environment issues is an added advantage
