Public Relations

• Work with internal and external stakeholders for coverage of publicity of any events and programmes.
• Preparing media releases, press releases, speeches and content for CEO/Executive Director and other related parties.

This position is offered on an initial two year full-time fixed term basis. We are seeking a research active academic with a proven track record of effective teaching and experience in the field of Accounting & Finance. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Teaching:

Should have the ability to address the following topics through different modules and subjects -

• Management Accounting - The range of cost determination models are explored in terms of their consistency with governing accounting principles and the usefulness of the cost measures for management's decision-making needs
• Financial Accounting for Reporting Entities - preparation of external financial reports including statement of comprehensive income, statement of changes in equity, statement of financial position and statement of cash flows
• Contemporary Accounting Issues - the course evaluates issues arising from the use of financial accounting data and management accounting which consists of accounting in a changing organisational environment, analysing performance, internal financial measurement framework and strategic profitability.
• Accounting Theory - Various issues associated with the formulation of accounting theory are investigated along with accounting regulation and accounting research

Research:

• Establish research programs and develop applications for external research funding;
• Engage in collaboratively research;

Administration:

• Responsible for the management and safe custody of residents and staff of the Centre.
• Accountable to the Licensee and Governing Board.
• Responsible for crafting, review of the Standard Operations Procedure and Best Practices in the Centre in accordance to the Standard of Care
• Monitor and work with the team on the execution of Strategic Plan for the Centre.
• Work in close liaison with law enforcement agencies, regulators, welfare committees and other related governmental agencies.
