Position Overview:

The Specialist for Talent Acquisition Training is responsible developing and executing learning solutions that enable best-in-class customer experience and service delivery. This role will design training materials including storyboards, job aids, participant and instructor guides to deliver via classroom, e-learning, webinars and other distance and self-paced, or on-demand learning methods. Primary responsibilities:
