• Meet monthly lead generation, sales/enrollment targets, and other growth objectives set by management. Mentor team members to help them achieve their individual targets.

• Ensure high customer retention through effective problem-solving and superior service standards. • Ensure full adoption and goal achievement of the Enigma system, complying with all directives.
