Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Requirements

• Proven working experience as HR Executive ( Recruitment )
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Diploma in Human Resources or related field
• At least 3 years experience in a Preschool/Student care centre

Minimum Qualifications

• BA, BS or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of sales / sales management / sales support / sales marketing or relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM system
• Languages: English is required. Other language like Japanese is preferred, not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and reliable access to Sales Process and using Sales productivity tools knowledge to assist in answering day to day questions and solving issues encountered during the Sales and Customer success activities
• Prepare and deliver timely relevant Field training and learning content to the Sales organization to continuously improve ramp-up time, selling time, and predictability
• Collect information regarding the status of action items, maintain high-level project schedule, raise potential issues with program manager; suggest and implement solutions as needed
• Drive adoption of business tools and continuously solicit feedback for improvement
• Work with key stakeholders and initiate action to effectively support and improve business systems, tools, and processes
• Maintain and revise procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of programs/projects and supporting systems and business processes
• Contribute to project strategy, design, development, and successful implementation

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years CRM Salesforce experience (power user)
• Experience deploying business services at enterprise organization
• Coaching skill or training experience to businessperson
• Presentation skill or experience for business proposal
