Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven personnel to join our team to promote digital
marketing courses to both the public and companies. The successful candidate will be responsible to
promote and sell our training courses, generate new leads, and achieve sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:
• Participate in roadshow events across various locations to promote and sell our training courses.
• Able to engage the general public to upgrade and continuously expand and enhance their
learning journey
• Engage with potential clients, promote our training courses, answer questions and generate leads
and sales.
• Follow up with leads, providing additional information and support as needed to help them make a
purchase decision.
• Provide advice and able to propose courses to consumers based on their suitability
• Utilise CRM software to manage leads, track sales progress, and report on sales targets.
• Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends, identifying opportunities and
challenges to inform the sales strategy.
Job Requirements:
• 2 Years of experience in B2C/B2B sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding
sales targets.
• Experience in consultative sales, with the ability to understand clients' needs and provide tailored
solutions to meet those needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with
people from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and
organisation skills.
