The Head of Primary oversees the Early Childhood and Primary and serves as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring that teaching and learning adhere to established standards and practices. The Head of Primary serves as the pedagogical and pastoral leader of the Early Childhood and Primary School.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Primary School in alignment with the School’s vision and mission for teaching and learning.
• Provide guidance and support to staff for resource management, planning, and assessment of Primary School provision.
• Conduct regular work book reviews and formal/informal lesson observations following School procedures.
• Stay updated on current legislation, examination specifications, and classroom best practices to advise the Principal on academic policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with staff to develop effective teaching and learning practices.
• Plan and deliver training activities in collaboration with the Principal
