You will work with NUS Business School Professor Karsten Müller at the Department of Finance. For the most part, you will support Karsten’s ambitious research agenda on the link between credit markets and the real economy. This work uses macro and micro data and cutting-edge statistical methods to understand the drivers and consequences of who in the economy receives credit. Among other things, you will help to (a) construct novel data sources to measure credit market conditions, (b) analyse data to document the role of credit markets in recessions and stock market crashes, and (c) analyse the effectiveness of financial policies and credit subsidies in stimulating economic growth.

Research Engineer position in the Department of Chemical and Bimolecular Engineering at National University of Singapore (NUS). Another key role of NRPO is to work together with partner agencies to grow our robotics (supply-side) industry comprising system integrators, robot vendors, software and component suppliers. A strong and vibrant robotics (supply-side) industry with companies developing and making robotics products and solutions here for export will help to support our end-user industries and act as vehicles for the commercialisation of technologies and IPs developed by our IHLs/RIs.

We are looking for a self-motivated person with a keen interest in robotics, to join NRPO to perform the following:

• Assist in planning and implementing initiatives to fulfil NRPO's objectives.
• Monitor industry trends and needs to identify translation opportunities for robotics R&D capabilities, technologies, and IPs.
• Be deployed to assist Deputy Director/Head to manage and implement activities of robotics innovation clusters that are aligned with focus sectors and applications identified.
• Work together with internal and external partners to engage and secure collaboration with international and private sector end-users and robotics & automation companies for translation and commercialisation at scale.
• Assist Deputy Director/Head to implement the activities of a focal point in our ecosystem to accelerate the growth of SG-based robotics start-ups and SMEs.
• Undertake market research and analysis to track the growth SG-based start-ups and SMEs.
• Work together with relevant internal and external partners to help SG-based robotics start-ups and SMEs.
• Curate, report and present NRPO's industry-relevant information.
• Secretarial duties.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably with a background in robotics industry.
• Good interpersonal skills to liaise and work with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Willing to learn, adaptable and flexible.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and in a team to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

DRCS is a multi-study research centre focusing on the pathobiology of Asian Dementia and models of care for cognitive disorders. Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research Fellow with a Ph.D. in Neuropsychology or Psychology to contribute to our center's ongoing research initiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in conducting critical research, employing neuropsychological testing, psychometrics, test validation, digitalization of tests, statistical analyses, and intervention strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Design and conduct neuropsychological assessments for research purposes.
