Provide support to Supervisor/Senior Executive in Gym Tonic and Frailty Management Programme (FMP).

Gym Tonic:

• Implement Gym Tonic therapy programmes.
• Conduct group fitness/wellness programmes for Active Ageing Centres (AACs) if required.

What We’re Looking For:

Job description:

• Analyse monthly manpower reports, monitor grants utilisation for manpower and prepare for presentations as and when needed
• Perform short- and long-term financial projections for the Institute
• Update of manpower allocation in SAP on a timely basis
• Prepare and submit Fund Requisitions and Final Statement of Accounts
• Ensure proper allocation of bonuses to projects
• Attend to queries from grantors and auditors on manpower charging
• Checking of budget and headcount availability of manpower requisition for staff to be hired
• Perform billing and charging of services provided
• Other duties as may be assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Finance/Business Administration/Accountancy with at least 2 years of experience in resource or grant management
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Impeccable attention to details
• Experience in SAP will be an advantage
• Hybrid work arrangement

CLUSTER MANAGER (Student Care Centre / Tuition Centre)

Main duties involve day-to-day operational duties which include rostering of outlets under your charge, scheduling of classes, as well as teaching. Candidate will need to have good communication skills to communicate with parents, staff, students and walk-in customers.

Key roles and responsibilities

• Manage operations of tuition/enrichment programmes and student care to ensure day-to-day operational efficiency
• Streamline operational procedures
• Manage all staff under your charge by maintaining and/or building an effective team
• Facilitate parents’ feedback and assume point of contact for dispute resolution
• To handle walk-ins and new enquiries on the services provided by the centre
• To handle parents’/students’ enquires on class timings/ services/ etc
• To assist with liaising work with parents and students on any changes to schedule
• Provide relief/ take on tuition classes should the need arise
• Planning of manpower and staffing
• Report and update management periodically on operations
• Any other operational duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience

• Degree/ Diploma/ A levels/ WSQ qualification in Student Care Operations
• Preferably with prior tutoring experience
• Enjoy being with children
• Good communication skills in corresponding with pupils, parents and staff
• Be systematic and organized in handling administrative and management work
• Good grades in O level/ A level

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 10am-7pm
