Responsibilities:
1. Document Management:
- Create, revise, and manage quality documents, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality manuals.
- Maintain an organized and easily accessible document repository.

2. Quality System Compliance:
- Ensure that all quality documents adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with Quality Engineers to update documentation based on process changes or improvements.

3. Version Control:
- Implement and manage a version control system to track revisions and changes to quality documents.
- Monitor and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

4. Audit Support:
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing requested documents and ensuring documentation compliance.
- Address any audit findings related to document control processes.

5. Training and Awareness:
- Conduct training sessions for team members on document control procedures and best practices.
- Promote awareness of the importance of accurate and up-to-date documentation.

Requirements:

1.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Quality Management, Engineering, Business Management or related discipline).
- Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and standards (ISO, SEMI).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

2.Skills:
- Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment.

3.Preferred:
- Certification in document control or quality management.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes.

Team Introduction

Our Business Integrity team has a strong user focus and a dedication to technical excellence. We aim to meet our users’ needs with reliable and high-performing platforms and services. We are looking for strong algorithm scientist/lead who are excited to grow their business understanding, build highly scalable machine learning/algorithm models, and partner across disciplines with global teams, in pursuit of excellence. Given the fast growth of TikTok in the world, we are working on building a next-generation content understanding system for TikTok monetization.

Responsibilities

- Explore foundation models and Generative AI and their application in business, including but not limited to text generation/translation, image-to-text, deepfake, efficient training/inference for AIGC models, etc. Track the cutting-edge industry progress, and proactively plan for technical research.

- Lead the team to implement AIGC technologies to content understanding of commercial products, such as ads, e-commerce, short videos, and live streaming, and build a new generation of AIGC-based monetization ecology systems.

- Responsible for the project planning, team building, and cross-team collaboration of the large-scale model algorithm team to build an industry-leading content understanding algorithm team.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related fields, with at least 5 years of experience in algorithm research and development, and more than 1 year of experience in team management.

- Have a solid programming foundation. Be familiar with basic data structures and algorithms.

- Have a solid algorithm foundation and rich experience in computer vision or NLP-related tasks. Be proficient with AIGC algorithms, and experienced in developing AIGC models at scale from inception to business impact.

- Be able to keep up with cutting-edge technologies and have a deep insight into industry trends, be responsible for tech design and long-term roadmaps of the entire team.

- Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, logical thinking skills, communication, and collaboration skills. Maintain curiosity about new things, and have a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and reliability.

Preferred Qualification:

- High-impact publications in the AIGC area at top AI conferences or journals (CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, TPAMI, IJCV, ICML, NeurIPS, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, etc.).
