Role and Responsibilities

To manage and coordinate the production of quality shop drawings and BIM models in all projects assigned with minimal supervision. He/She must be able to carry out ACMV/piping, equipment, pumps, dryer, filter & valves related drawings will be added advantages.

1. To produce 2D drawings from BIM models with accuracy, ensuring drawings are according to the Project or the client's Drafting Standards and Procedures, and the drawing submission schedule is achieved.

2. Maintain proper records of all issued & received models/drawings, RFLs, etc

3. Perform regular drawing backups and housekeeping work in the directory,

4. Responsible for ensuring full compliance with the company's Shop Drawings Standard Operation Procedure, including adhere to design provision/scope of work according to contractual obligations.

5. Work under the Project Manager's supervision perform the assigned work tasks.

6. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant disciplines.

7. Preferably with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in Modelling, and design coordination, preferably on different scales of projects within engineering design consulting business.

8. Having good knowledgr of software such Revit and AutoCad.

9. Possess strong initiative and ability to work independently and within a team environment when required.

We’re looking to add an Engineering Assistant in Singapore. The position will be based in our HQ office in Ang Mo Kio.

As an Engineering Assistant, you will:

Serve as the Site Lead responsible for daily administration and technical support functions within Facilities Management (FM).

The key responsibilities are as below:

• Conduct daily building walkabouts to identify maintenance and safety issues.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal users, service partners, and vendors.
• Prepare site-related SOPs and guides to train technical personnel.
• Prepare Requests for Quotes, source quotations, and create justification and summary papers for management approval.
• Provide secondary support to other venture sites on FM matters.
• Raise Purchase Requests/documents for management approval.
• Formulate and follow up on the Master Maintenance Schedule, ensuring high-quality work delivery from vendors and Venture technicians.
• Coordinate closely with HQ FM on Facilities Management approaches.
• Conduct toolbox/safety briefings for vendors before commencing work.
• Submit Monthly Management Reports and weekly FM work updates to the HOD.
• Support ESG and RBA activities.
• Perform any other duties related to facilities management as assigned by the Company.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

• Diploma in Engineering / Building Management, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in facilities/building environment.
• ITE fresh graduates are encourage to apply!
• Experience in Integrated Facilities Management in both soft and hard services.
• Experienced in Manufacturing environment and/or Managing Agent background is preferred.
• Possess knowledge of fundamental manufacturing activities and hard FM services.
• Specialized in ACMV and compressor air system.
• Possess Safety First mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Independent team player, with good communication and time management skills.

• Prepare and submit Progress Claim and liaise with Client on claims and variation costs.
