Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Technician with experience in pharmaceutical company/Life Science industries for a role in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to manufacturing operations, including equipment setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure smooth production processes.
2. Assist in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes, collaborating with engineers and other team members to implement improvements and innovations.
3. Conduct routine inspections and tests on manufacturing equipment and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality requirements.
4. Participate in the validation and qualification of manufacturing processes and equipment, documenting procedures and results according to regulatory guidelines.
5. Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and waste reduction, and implementing corrective actions.
6. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to resolve issues and achieve production goals.
8. Provide training and guidance to production personnel on new processes, equipment, and procedures to ensure effective implementation and adherence to standards.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or technical certification in engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a regulated industry is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and instrumentation.
• Knowledge of GMP regulations, FDA guidelines, and industry best practices for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed to support manufacturing operations.

Job Description:

- Perform Civil, Structural Analysis and Design (entry-level) to meet project specifications

- Coordination and Liaise with Clients, Authority and Other Consultants, Contractors on Projects

- Ensuring Good Project Documentation and Submission to Authority and Clients

Job Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Post-Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil/ Structural) or equivalent, recognized by Professional Engineering Board of Singapore

- At least 1 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

- Good Working Attitude, Self-Motivated, Positive Thinking, Independent, Discipline, Attention to Details and Ownership of Tasks

- Familiar with Local Design Standard and Code

- Knowledge of Design Software, e.g., STAAD Pro, Plaxis, AutoCAD will be added advantage

- Candidate with longer experience or qualifications will be considered for Senior Positions

Requirements:

- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office

- Preferably entry level specialized in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent

Building Construction Project Engineer :

~ SGD 2,500 & above

~ 5 day work (Mon to Fri 8:30am to 5:45pm)

~ Location : Near Bartley MRT & Tai Seng MRT

Job Description & Requirements:

• Able to use 2D&3D AutoCAD software and to draw A1 drawings.
• Able to create and store technical lifts drawings electronically.
• Familiar with construction projects.
• Good planning, leadership and problem solving skills is required.
• To visit the site to monitor the progress of the job, record achievements and report back to office.
• To hold meetings with owner, sub-contractors, architects, consultants and workers for the project.
• To write site progress report and email to all related parties.
• To oversees the project and handover the lift smoothly to the respective parties.
• To do the submissions and lodgement to the authorities.
• To do the administrative jobs such as customer service, administrative duties and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Min. qualification level:

*Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering*

or

*Degree in Mechanical Engineering*

• Working Experience: At least 1 year in the respective field
