Job Responsibilities:

• Check and ensure the quality of all construction trades performed are in accordance with the requirements of the Company and Authority’s Quality standards
• Assist in preparation of project specific CONQUAS, Quality Management and Green & Gracious assessment by the relevant Authority with specific contract requirements
• Conduct regular inspections for clearance of all trades at sites
• Conduct regular inspections on materials delivered to sites and materials used on-site to ensure materials are defects-free
• Review Non-conformance reports and ensure preventive and corrective actions are implemented
• Ensure that all preventive and corrective actions are taken and monitored for effectiveness
• Ensure that all project quality records and quality audit plans are maintained in proper documentation
• Assist in dissemination of ISO Standards and Policies, statutory obligations and recommended Codes of practices of new and developed legislations and other standards
• Regular review and improve a cost-effective quality system on the project in accordance with the requirement of the Company Quality Standards
• Ensure that quality control is conducted efficiently and economically in liaison with the Project Manager, Project In-charge(s) and other project staff responsible for quality control activities
• Coordinate with clients for witnessing the laboratory testing and field testing
• Prepare QA/QC reports on Project updates to Project Management and/or QHSE Director
• Assist in conducting quarterly internal audits and follow through the actions on findings
• Coordinate and liase with Client, Client Representative and Vendor / Sub-Contractor on all QAQC matters
• To be kept abreast of current ISO, BS, SS and other relevant standards that relate to QA matters for on-site and off-site works
• Review, comment, document and control all QAQC related documentation including that of Vendor / Sub-Contractor ITPs and FATs
• To ensure tests are carried out in accordance with approved procedures and reports are duly submitted
• Assist in Developing, implementing and Managing QAQC Management System and continually seek improvements

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services / M&E Engineering
• Minimum 7 years for Senior QA/QC Engineer with related working experiences
• Minimum 5 years for QA/QC Engineer with related working experiences
• Possess practical knowledge in QA/QC regulations, systems and processes
• Proficient in CONQUAS is an advantage
• Show independency ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize tasks
• Proficient in MS Office, good problem analytical and problem solving skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Project Manager & BIM Manager
• Prepare BIM e-submission to authorities
• Coordinate BIM drawings with Consultants and Contractors
• Perform correct BIM modelling practices for documentation and authority submission
• Work with project architect on all matters pertaining to design, technical compliance and building code / regulations
• Perform clash detection and resolution to ensure conflict-free designs
• Provide BIM modelling/CAD (computer aided drafting and design) support
• Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Architecture / Civil / M&E Engineering or any equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years of BIM / VDC local Project experience
• Certificate in BIM Management / VDC will be an advantage
• Knowledge in Latest technology for 4D – 7D BIM / VDC / VR / Simulations will be an advantage
• Knowledge in Bentley plant design application software such as OpenPlant Modeler and OpenPlant PID is preferred
• Experience in preparing construction drawings

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Senior Project Engineer is responsible for the following:

• Lead and manage project supervisors to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Ensure adherence to project budgets, schedules, and scope of work, while deploying appropriate staff resources.
• Review and assess project drawings, plans, specifications, and other relevant documents.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues arising during project execution and implement timely resolutions.
• Conduct and actively participate in weekly site meetings to monitor project progress.
• Collaborate with the Safety Officer to ensure compliance with quality standards and health & safety regulations.
• Monitor site staff to ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations.
• Prepare and submit project reports in a timely manner.
• Develop project drawings, including as-built drawings and shop drawings, as required.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work 6 days a week with flexibility to work long hours when necessary.
• Possession of a personal vehicle is advantageous.
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in construction or civil engineering projects, preferably in landed housing or fit-out jobs for shops.
• Certification in BCSS (Building Construction Supervisor Safety) or higher safety certification.
• Proficiency in CAD drawing.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Document Management: Manage the distribution of documents and drawings to clients and subcontractors, ensuring that updated versions are issued and maintained.
• Preparation of Technical Documents: Prepare method statements and work procedures, ensuring that they align with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Progress Meetings: Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with subcontractors to update and monitor the progress of work, addressing any issues that arise.
• Quality and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all work meets the required quality standards and complies with all relevant government and safety regulations.
• Drawing and Documentation Control: Oversee the management and control of drawings and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and proper filing.
• Resource Management: Manage the procurement of resources, monitor and control material usage on-site to prevent wastage, and ensure that materials are used correctly.
• Coordination and Liaison: Assist Senior Project Engineer in coordinating with consultants on change orders. Work closely with the Quantity Surveyor to provide necessary supporting documents for these changes.
• Site Management: Organize labor, equipment, and materials for daily site activities, ensuring smooth operations.
• Material Inspection: Perform material receiving inspections and maintain accurate records of materials.
• Reporting: Prepare daily and monthly progress reports, maintain inspection records, and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or a Degree in Construction Management from a recognized institution.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience: Candidates with knowledge of structural and architectural trades are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily maintenance tasks for Public Address System, Firemen Intercom, Card Access, CCTV System etc.
• Supports installation works
• Required to travel to different sites when necessary
• Required to be on standby for any ad-hoc jobs

Requirements:

• Diploma OR NITEC/Higher NITEC in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science
• Preferably 1 year relevant experience - however, candidates with no experience may apply too
• Able to work over-time when required
