Job Requirements:

• Diploma, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledgeable with Electrical Engineering in handling electrical installations
• Knowledge in electrical industry and the relevant code of practice and regulations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD and project planning related software are required to prepare for proposal, reports and logs

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for month end and Year end financial and management reporting
• Use Quickbooks softwares
• Perform day to day accounting
• Process payments in compliance with company accounting policies and procedures using internet banking
• Actively engage in posting vendor invoices into the system.
• Assist Accounts Payable (AP) in identifying and organizing missing invoices versus SOA, escalating issues to the Operations team when necessary.
• Develop and execute daily payment plans, including posting payments into the system.

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent
• Preferable candidates with GST/corporate tax background
• Capable to communicate with accounting staffs in the regional offices
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, a team player & result-oriented

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Aeronautical or equivalent. Civil / Chemical engineering graduate is also welcome.
• Required language(s): English.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Candidate with no experience is also welcome!
• Required Skill(s): Computational Fluid Dynamics, Autocad, Solidworks, Finite Element Analysis.
• A team player.
• Good interpersonal skill.

Liaise with the main contractor, consultant, clients on the progress of Plumbing & Sanitary as well as any other services awarded's installation works.

• To supervise all works on site and ensure in accordance to the drawings, safety standards and comply to local authorities requirement.

• Able to design, submit, coordinate drawings and plan for approval and amendment.

• Adopt preconstruction isometric drawing preparation and material take off prior to site possession.

• Ensure site storage are ready and inventory system is in placed all the time.

• Able to handle more than one project at a time.

• Attend inspection / meetings with supplier, sub contractor, main contractor, consultant, and authority

• Prepare progress claim to main contractor / client & attend meetings

• Prepare & certify progress claims of sub contractor & suppliers

• Willing to suggest and adopt to all company policy which may update from time to time.

• Willing to work off hours when necessary to ensure projects are always in best performance.

Job Requirement:

• Possess a License Plumber License are preferable

• Min 7 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge in Autocad will be advantage

• Class 3 Singapore Driving License

To prepare drawings and details design documents by using BIM Modeling, AutoCAD, and Revit.

To work with project personnel on instructions, pre-established guidelines, and comments, visualize and position them onto drawings.

Work closely with the project team in coordination, organization, and preparation of documentation and drawings.

Plan all drawing requests to meet the submission deadline.

Work in accordance with project scope and schedule.

Make the necessary changes in the drawing as per comments given by the project team.

Perform other duties as assigned.
