• Actively use the right tools to collect and observe data to ensure good coordination with team activities and communicates project status through technical reports.
• Co-ordinate and attend meetings with the Structural, Architectural, and other M&E contractor, sub-contractor, consultant, and client’s representatives to resolve project related problems and issues.
• Monitor project cost activity to take actions on cost deviation.
• Attend and conduct of Factory Testing and Site Testing and Commissioning of system
• Collect all necessary accurate data and share information pertaining to project issues, budgets, and schedules in project meetings.

Job Requirements

• Strong technical ability to develop, optimize designs for analogue and digital mixed circuit design, microcontroller and embedded system for electro-mechanical system
• Proficient in 3D CAD software (such as Altium, SolidWorks Electrical etc), in creating electrical schematic, cabling drawings, PCBA
• Good knowledge and experience in performing simulation and analysis and technical review of PCBA and circuit design (analogue, digital, power)
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience for EMI/EMC. Knowledge on EE design standards (IEC, IPCs etc) for medical device is an added advantage
• An analytical problem solver to identify root cause, devise/evaluate/recommend optimal solutions to prevent future issues
• Natural ability to communicate technical information, and build interpersonal relation with the team members
• Able to work independently, self-motivated and organized with good teamwork skills

Responsibilities :

• Perform and maintain full sets of accounts
• Timely preparation of monthly financial and management reports
• Submit GST & CPF e-submission contribution
• Preparing payroll, update and maintenance of employee file (Hire, resignation)
• Submission such as tax clearance, annual tax filing, NS claims, maternity claims
• Waiver of foreign workers levy from MOM & Apply or cancel the work pass
• Preparation of monthly & year-end schedules for auditor. Liaise with the auditor and related professionals during the financial year
• Adhoc accounting/administrative tasks as assigned by manager. Handle day-to-day adminsitrative work

Requirements :

• 2 years relevant experience is required for this role.
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• 5.5 days work week
