RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support and ensure smooth efficient flow of daily production in department and to maintain the quality of the products to meet customer expectation simultaneously.

DUTIES:

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in quality, productivity and cost reduction
10. Compile audit work papers and documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy
11. Assist in the development of audit protocols and procedures
12. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
13. Review and recommend changes for department procedures for work environment and safety aspects (E.g. IATF 16949, ISO14001, Safety Management Systems, etc.)
14. Attend meetings, reviews, discussion and coordinating with Production Supervisors to achieve department objectives, while performing any other instructions required by superiors in the interest of the organisation

• Assist Project Manager in project planning, programming and monitoring process of M&E works and overseeing the project;
• Monitor and report on the progress of work to project manager;
• Control the progress of RFA, RFI, Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Status for on-time completion.
