Prepare service reports for all equipment.
• Hands-on Experience In Servicing Air Compressors, Vacuum Systems,
Thermal Spray Machines, Blasting Pots, Spray Pumps, And Power Tools.
• Basic knowledge of electrical applications and circuitry.
• Able to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
• Responsible for the installation, setup, testing, and commissioning of equipment.
• Provide day-to-day production support to troubleshoot issues with thermal spray
equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Provide direction on proper routine and preventative maintenance for spray/coating
equipment.
• Troubleshoot and rectify system faults on equipment.
• Conduct root cause analysis for machine failures.
• Execute equipment improvement projects and modifications.
• Maintain logs and records of work performed, including materials and equipment used.
• Replace worn components before mechanical or electrical breakdowns occur.
• Ensure all repairs and installations comply with safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including clear access ways and proper
safety signage.
• Work closely with the Project Team and Client to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and maintain work instructions for proper maintenance of equipment.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Training will be provided.
Job Requirements
• A minimum of a Degree in an Engineering-related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in electrical work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must.
• Self-motivated and results oriented.
• Solid background in troubleshooting and hands-on repair work.
• Willing to work rotating shifts and weekends as needed.
• Ability to travel overseas.
• Flexible and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
