Some responsibilities include coordination work with the main contractors and consultants, monitoring of work progresses and schedules, assisting the project team to ensure that the projects are on schedule, liaising with subcontractors and vendors, attending site meetings and site inspection works.

You will gain understanding and knowledge for on-site work, the coordination between different parties as well as the communication skills required for such coordination. As our focus in on HVAC systems, you will be exposed towards the HVAC systems, and experience first-hand on how a technical drawing is being made alive on sites.

Prerequisites: We are looking for people who are currently studying in the field of Mechanical Engineering/ or have graduated from the course, and those who are open towards experiencing site work. This will be suitable for those who wish to have a first-hand experience on managing a project on site.

Job Description

• Working closely with project management team to initiate, implement and monitor workplans.
• Assist in maintaining established BIM standards and workflow.
• Prepare design and construction documentation.
• Coordinate and liaise with project / construction team on submissions, updates or changes, and checking for clashes with other disciplines

• Able to use BIM software and modelling techniques including but not limited to AutoDesk Revit (Architecture/Civil & Structural/Mechanical/Electrical), & etc.

Job Requirements

• A recognized Degree/Diploma

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD software, well-versed in using Autodesk Revit BIM software/tools.
