Requirements:

• Building Construction Supervisor Responsibilities:

The Regional Engineering Leader (REL) has overall responsibility for regional engineering offices performance and operation. As the REL implements the missions entrusted to the engineering offices by the Region, and the Engineering policies defined by Grid Systems Integration (GSI) Project Engineering Leader and Grid Solutions. in this capacity you would ensures management, skills development, career path definition for individual engineers’ growth and motivation of the teams, manages engineering workload plan of the region, allocates keys resources on the projects including building key partnerships with external engineering offices, defines with Operations make or buy strategy for engineering activities.
