Reporting to the GM and working closely with the extended HR team located in the region, this role will focus on learning & development and business partnering aspects including:

• Providing strategic HR leadership and guidance to senior leaders and managers across the organization, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives
• Formulating HR strategy, talent development, talent management, and organizational development initiatives to achieve business outcomes
• Collaborating with senior leaders and external vendors to understand skills gap to design and implementing the learning and development framework across regional subsidiaries
• Implementing talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
• Managing succession planning, performance management, budget planning etc

Skills and experience required

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ of HR experience, with strong foundation in learning & development and business partnering

Back Office Customer Service Manager – Engineering industry

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all back-office service activities and manage the back-office team.
• Meet sales KPIs and prepare accurate sales quotations and price proposals for customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular building M&E inspections, compliance to authorities’ requirements and management of service contractors to effectively achieve the highest standard.

• Supervise maintenance technicians in daily preventive and corrective maintenance on property maintenance and common area management.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least two years’ experience in similar capacity of shopping mall building/facilities management.
