• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Quality Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of solid experience in Quality Management in similar or related industry and 3 years in management level.
• Good knowledge in implementing and up keeping Quality Management System.
• Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills.
• A team player with strong sense of responsibility to ensure plant effective quality performance.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support, manage schedules, and contribute to the efficiency of our workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:Manage and organize office files, documents, and correspondence.
   Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required.
   Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
   
2. Scheduling and Coordination:Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
   Organize travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
   Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, or training sessions.
   
3. Office Management:Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
   Ensure the office environment is tidy, well-organized, and functional.
   Liaise with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
   
4. Data Management:Input and maintain accurate records in company databases.
   Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
   
5. Team Collaboration:Act as a point of contact between departments, clients, and external partners.
   Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documentation and resources.
   

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute quality assurance and control activities for projects, ensuring compliance with contract specifications.
• Ensure quality assurance and control across projects
• Maintain regulatory compliance and safety standards
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality control and adherence to standards.
• Facilitate off-site inspections, sampling, and testing of materials.
• Compile QA/QC record for submission to Client

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• StEr will be great advantage
• At least 4-year related working experience
• Welding inspection certificate (CSWIP 3.1) is an advantage
• Able to work in a team
