Specific Tasks and Duties:

4. Management of security service providers (arm guards) and service contracts conforming to PUB and MHA requirements
5. Plan budget and cost approval for security contracts and security infrastructure maintenance regime
6. Appointed as Qualify Persons (QP) under the Radiation Protection Act and NEA radiation licences for X-ray bag screening machine through implementation of Radiation Protection Plan (RPP)
7. Lead, establish, implement, plan and conduct the security drills and exercises to ensure the security service providers competency in the Security Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
8. Liaison with the Jurong Island Security (JTC) of the Jurong Island Passes and security measures by MHA, PUB, Police, SGsecure and as a point of contact in all security issues

Requirements

Qualifications:

Job description:

• Ensure the right material and services will be provided at the optimum price, delivery and favourable terms & conditions.
• Evaluation of technical proposals based on engineering specification
• Capability to propose and counter offer the requestor equivalent grade of material.
• Capability of differential different grade of materials has a cost impact.
• Profound knowledge of product specifications, functionalities and applications related to offshore materials.
• Source, negotiate and purchase materials and services from identified sources, local and overseas.
• Advise requestor on selection of suppliers and purchase terms & conditions.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain optimum price, delivery and favourable terms & conditions.
• Generate purchase orders, monitor and follow up and expedite with suppliers on delivery of goods and services.
• Review supplier’s performance on price and delivery and to co-ordinate with supplier and QA/QC on quality issues.
• Compile purchasing statistics and reports on assigned materials /commodities if required.
• Liaise with Finance/Account staff on vendors credits application, bank & financial instruments.
• Liaise with other departments on procurement matters (eg: Project, Commercial, Store, Production, QA/QC, etc. where necessary).
• To be involved in the Vendors’ Qualification and Assessment as per ISO procedures.
• Conducts due diligence of identified sources and facilitate their pre-qualification.
• Monitors and pro-actively takes actions in response to market trends for raw material.
• Prepares bidder lists and releases request for quotations;
• Prepares bid tabs and analytically evaluates proposal in terms of the commercial and technical requirement.
• Complies with the established deadlines.
• Establishes and maintains strong business relationship with suppliers.
• Anticipates and proactively elevates potential challenges/problems.
• Engages in problem solving.
• Maintains integrity of electronic files.
• Follows procurement policies and procedures.
• Complies with Code of Business Ethics and Conduct
• Provide administrative support to the procurement team.
• Handle the registration of Request for Quote (RFQ), Purchase requisitions (PR) and Purchase orders (PO).
• Generation of PR - PO weekly report.
• Monitor the flow of PRs and update the status of PRs’ approval in the Procurement Order System.
• Faxing of confirmed signed POs to vendors.
• Filing of PO / PR, Fax, e-mails, quotations and correspondences.
• Updating of new vendors in the master list and record.
• Assisting in the Annual Vendors Assessment exercise.
• Assist in the raising of service or purchase orders to painting, transport & logistics providers.
• Provide inter-department communication support.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Purchasing Management/Supply Chain Management/Engineering or equivalent
• Good experience in buying different type of Piping & steel materials
• Able to work independently, meticulous and analytical with excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of financial and legal terms

Job Description:

1. Provide support to manager on day-to-day work and operations

- Prepare, handle and maintain all sensitive and confidential information including meeting agenda, detailed minutes of meetings, documentation. (for statutory and non-statutory requirements), contracts and reports (financial and non-financial)

- Assist in reviewing and preparation of purchase order, quotations, invoicing and processing of payments weekly.

- Plan, organize, prepare for meetings and discussions – internal and external, online and offline.

- Ensure timely follow up on outstanding matters and with relevant parties for efficiency.

- Be point of contact for internal and external communications, coordination and correspondences with relevant parties.

2. Provide support in business processes

- Coordination, monitoring and communication of ongoing and new projects and tasks with relevant department, or external parties such as customers and suppliers.

- Administrative support on data entry and data-imaging for sorting, filings and/or retrieving of corporate records, business documents and/or reports.

3. Ad-hoc assignments – as and when assigned

Responsibilities

•Provide technical leadership for our cybersecurity product capabilities development and sustenance.

•Technology Subject Matter Expert who understands security landscape and solution credibly with ability to work with cross-functional team including solution architecting, pre- and post-sales engagements, project management to deliver cybersecurity product solutions.

•Set strategic direction in alignment with business objectives, keeping abreast of industry best practices.

Requirements

1. At least 10 years of software development experience of which at least 5 years are in a technical leadership role in cybersecurity

2. Relevant Industry Certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP, PMP or equivalent

3. Technical knowledge in following is a must:

i. Cloud Architecture: Planning and implementing the applications & data to the cloud and ensure organization’s technical and business requirements are met.

ii. Networking Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in networking concepts, protocols, and technologies, with the ability to design and implement complex network infrastructures.

iii. DevOps: Drive the adoption of DevOps practices within the organization, including continuous integration, automated testing, and continuous delivery.

iv. Software Version Control: Implement and manage software version control systems to track changes, facilitate collaboration, and ensure code quality.

4. Previous experience working on government projects specifically in cybersecurity environment and governance, risk management and compliance is an added advantage.

5. Effective communication and presentation skills with ability to transpose complex security concepts into business terms/impacts.

6. Experience with deployment orchestration, automation and security configuration management

7. Ability to work easily with diverse and dynamic teams
