Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

Job Responsibilities: Management of design consultant(s) and designer team(s) engaged by the main contractor. Coordinate amongst all parties involved in the design development of a Design-Build project and to assure that the design works are executed and completed in accordance with the interfacing requirements of all disciplines and in the prescribed time frame allowing subsequent construction and operation of the proposed facilities.

Assure that the design deliverables are able to address not only the design submission and approval process but also to serve the on-going activities for procurement, supply, construction, erection, installation, testing and commissioning issues and to highlight project risks requiring design optimization and changes. Manage directly the design consultant(s) and designer team(s) for execution of geotechnical, foundation, structural, civil, building, architectural and building services design and to manage the design interfaces with other designer(s) and specialist(s), include without limitation to the mechanical, electrical, process, and instrumentation and control works.
