Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Experience in financial modeling and forecasting.

• To maintain a good inventory records for all PPE and ensure all records are in order for audit purposes.
• To order, prepare and distribution of PPEs to the employees.
• Collection of timecards/timesheets from employees every month end and ensure that the records are in order before handling over to the Accounts
• To check on mandatory courses, compare and enroll the workers as assigned
• To assist on any ad-hoc operations' related matters as per assigned by the Operations Manager

Providing technical input during the project bidding phase including: Specification Reviews, Drawing Reviews, Instrumentation Selection and Procurement / Pricing, Prepare bidding and scope documents in relation to Electrical contractor selection Ø Manage EC&I Subcontractors Ø Mark-up and checking of drawings Ø Liaise between in-house mechanical project engineer and subcontractors Ø Witness Electrical and Instrument panel manufacturing, testing, commissioning work and assist in start-up of systems including: Instrumentation Configuration and Set Up, Troubleshooting of Electrical, Mechanical and Software Issues Ø Preparation of punch list to ensure that the contractor rectifies all items before client final commissioning and client acceptance.

• Providing specialist support for E&I content, estimating capital expenditure and delivery timelines.
• Handling E&I Engineering Projects from basic initial design through to completion and handover within authorised cost and to agreed timescales.
• Designing, implementing, maintaining and improving electrical products and systems.
• Preparing detailed E&I design deliverables e.g., circuit and schematic diagrams, control panel layouts, MCC layouts, cable routes etc.
• Supervising the E&I project installation phase.
• Assisting with plant commissioning and validation.
• Ensuring that electrical, instrument and control schemes operate within the framework of national and company standards.
• Responsible for the design within safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Conducting audits.
• Complying with all HSE requirements including safety policies and procedures.
• Carrying out duties as appropriate within the company permit to work system.
• Supervising and directing junior projects engineers and technicians.
• Coordinating the activities of EPCM contract engineers.
• Establishing and enforcing design, construction and installation standards.
• Providing technical assistance to Maintenance Instrument Technician/Electricians during and out of office hours.

Accounting Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.

- Process invoices, receipts, and payments.

Payroll Processing:

- Manage payroll functions, including calculating employee wages, deductions, and benefits.

- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations related to payroll.

Account Reconciliation:

- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

- Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

Compliance and Audit:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

- Assist with internal and external audits.

Expense Management:

- Track and manage company expenses and reimbursements.

- Implement cost-saving measures and financial controls.

Human Resources Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Coordinate the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.

- Conduct new employee orientation and manage onboarding procedures.

Employee Records Management:

- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, contracts, and performance evaluations.

Benefits Administration:

-Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

- Assist employees with benefits inquiries and issues.

Compliance and Policy Management:

- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Leave Entitlement

Starts with 7 days of leave per year. This entitlement will increase by one additional day for each subsequent year of service, up to a maximum of 14 days.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Intensive in house training will be provided to those without relevant working experience

1. Liaise with consultants for the submission and approval of materials and shop drawings

2. Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site Co-ordinate the inspection work by Resident Engineer and clerk of works

3. Handling technical and engineering problems on site

4. Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedure on site

5. Moitor and co-ordinate the works of subcontractors

6. Daily reporting to site overall in charge
