Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the Engineering sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Purchasing Executive to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the company’s day-to-day procurement requirements
• Handling the sourcing, negotiation, and acquisition of materials from both domestic/overseas suppliers
• Develop/Execute internal process improvements for the company’s procurement function
• Attain cost-saving objectives set by the company
• All other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any relevant field of Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a relevant industry

• Client meeting for structural design clarification of the initial design drawings and calculations.
• Steel weight estimation for procurement of different grade materials.
• Preparation of weight control report of the project and maintaining the updates.
• Raising Technical Queries of structural design clarifications with client representatives.
• Small Equipment foundation design and strength calculation manually.
• Helideck design and its strength analysis using NORSOK standards and as per DNV class.
• Conducting internal team meeting for job status and report submitting to Project manager.
• Material procurement report preparations and structural documents submission within deadline date as per the project schedule.
