JOB DESCRIPTION

* Be part of a multi-disciplined maintenance support team, reviewing existing maintenance procedures and determining future recommendations.

* Provide day to day mechanical rotating equipment support and advise to the maintenance teams.

Supervision of the construction of geothermal power plants at the various locations of installation, provide experience in mechanical industrial construction and contract supply completion.

* Development work plan and follow ups on progress during the construction.

* Examination mechanical design drawings and specifications.

* Liaise and co-ordinate with different discipline Supervisors, Project Engineers and other cient relevant departments.

* Review the project plannning and scheduling for projects during the construction phase.

* Inspect construction works and materials in accordance with Project Quality plans and Inspection & Test plans.

REQUIREMENTS

* Ability to display strong planning and organizational skills.

* Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing situations.

* Ability to commuicate well and develop & mentor team members.

* Basic welding certificate up to 3G is required.

* Hold a Construction and Shipyard Safety Course certificates.

* Extensive experience in the Mechanical Engineering field with minimum 10 years experience in a supervispry, lead, foreman position.

* Must be willing to work long hours and weekends if required.

You will oversee the general maintenance and minor repairs of equipment, facilities in our Serviced Residence. You will have close collaborations with colleagues from the different departments including Guest Service and Housekeeping to provide a smooth and pleasant stay for all our residents. Responsibilities

You will:

• Maintain good physical conditions of the building and ensure that its heating, lighting and ventilation are of good working condition
• Conduct general maintenance works such as, painting, patching of walls, plumbing facilities, air-conditioning servicing, electrical switches and other fixtures and equipment to ensure smooth operations
• Perform routine preventive maintenance programme
• Check and inspect the building's machinery and equipment
• Respond and prioritise maintenance requisitions (MWO) and residents' requests to ensure they receive quality service and furnishings
• To take on additional specific security duties such as:

- Conducting patrols in property

- Note and report security and asset irregularities

- Follow emergency response plans and relevant safety procedures

- Assist in evacuation in the event of emergencies

• Perform related tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

You have:

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience preferred
• Attained at least a NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical, Aircon Maintenance, or an equivalent vocational qualification
• Knowledge of building mechanical and electrical (M&E) maintenance related technical skills
• Willingness to perform shifts

Your focus

• Lead Architecture and Design: Architect, design, and oversee the implementation of various components of the key platforms, ensuring integration with technologies developed by software engineering teams, APIs for Front-End Apps, leveraging Cloud, Cloud Native, and AI/ML technologies.

• Metrics and Optimization: Define key performance metrics for the platform, establish processes for tracking these metrics, and continuously optimize platform performance.

Your competencies

• Strong expertise in technical architecture, system design, software development, and security considerations of cloud based applications.

• 10+ years of relevant experience in software engineering.

• Proficiency in backend technologies and frameworks (e.g., Java, Spring boot).

• Cross platform Front-end technology experience (e.g. React, Flutter) is a plus.

• Expertise in RESTful/GraphQL API development and integration.

• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, data structures, and algorithms.

• Good understanding of cloud services and infrastructure (Azure, Google Cloud).

• Experience with Cloud CI / CD automations (i.e. Terraform, GitHub) would be an advantage.

• Experience with container (i.e. GKE, K8S), auto-scaling, HA would be an advantage.

• Ability to code, test, and maintain a future-proof platform, considering risk management, security aspects and scalability.
