Competence Requirements

• Preferred to have Secondary / NTC / Diploma in engineering field or equivalent.
• Fresh NTC / Diploma holder may be considered, else others with minimum 3 years of related work experience in manufacturing environment.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawing.

• To develop, implement and maintain of Quality Plan and Procedures to ensure targets are achieved.

• To establish and manage a quality programme for the Company to meet stringent quality

requirements.

• To ensure smooth progressing and timely completion of quality works according to ISO 9001 : 2008 and BCA

CONQUAS requirements.

• Review Inspection, Test, Plans as submitted by the sub-contractor’s and ensure compliance with authorities/client's requirements.

• Closely monitor site activities, fully coordinate with site engineers, issuing NCR’s in case of non-compliance.

• Monitoring and checking calibration of plants, equipment and testing instruments.

• Monitoring plant conditions and material production during construction phase.

• Approval of source of materials, keeping track of the testing, quality and usage of materials procured for the works.

• Perform inspections of deliverables to ensure that material is as per approvals.

• Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Equivalent

• Familiar with LTA projects job specifications in both civil and architectural works

• At least 3 years QA/QC experience in construction industry
