Position Overview:

The Project Coordinator/Administrator will support the Project Management team by ensuring the smooth coordination of project activities. Responsibilities:-

1. Daily Administrative functions

2. Mail Administration (Checking & Distribution, etc)

3. Update foreign workers’ records including Medical Certificate, essential errands request etc

4. Assist the Admin Manager in all administrative and operations matters

5. Other Ad-hoc Admin duties

Requirements: -

1. Proficiency with MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel & MS Power Point

2. Minimum 1-year relevant working experience
