• Accountable for setting up and implementing Project Flange management program and supervising and guiding Leak Test contractor up to and including successful commissioning phase of the project.
• Review and monitor contractor’s flange management training program.
• Ensure all data is uploaded into the FM control spreadsheet.
• Ensure all information in FM control is accurate and complete.
• Ensure all FM tools and equipment are maintained and have valid calibration certificates where required.

• Monitor and witness flange tightening, (Correct method, and torque values.)

• Oversee and record any repairs to flanges.
• All applicable FM ITR’s are being completed and recorded.
