Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science/Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.
• Experience in research coordination.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies is an advantage.
• Strong command of verbal and written English.

Job Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
• Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
• Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
• Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.

Job Requirements

• At least 1-2 years work experience in security systems: CCTV, door access, and other security products.
• Preferred with tender experience.
• Able to speak bilingual to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.

• Overall project planning, schedule and executing the delivery of projects within time, budget and Client’s

expectations.

• Monitoring progress and identifying critical activities to expedite smooth progress of works on site to meet

targets

• Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available

• Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.

• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.

• Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.

• Attend technical meeting with authorities and consultants

• Ensuring environmental, safety, and health practices are carried out at all times

- Carry out daily supervision and coordination of all M&E implementations at site

- Understand and familiar with the contract requirement and specifications.

- Superior of M&E foreman and Supervisors and coordinate with multiple parties.

- Responsible for scheduling, planning, project supervision and documentation

- Ensure work progress meets timeline and updating of progress report

- Liase with sub-contractors and consultants on engineering details ahead of site progress

- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Monthly bank reconciliation: Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Timely data entry in accounting software and perform partial set of accounts and closing activities.
• Able to communicate all levels with internal colleagues or external clients.
• Assist prepare monthly reports.
• Maintain accurate master data, process invoices and payments.
• Support monthly and yearly accounts closing within the stipulated deadline.
