These strategies may involve targeting specific customer segments, leveraging industry trends, and differentiating products or services from competitors.
   
2. Manage Sales Team: The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and supervising a team of sales professionals. This includes tasks such as recruitment, training, setting targets, and providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure the team's success. In the Process and Construction sector, where sales cycles may be longer and technical knowledge is often required, effective management is vital for maximizing sales performance.
   
3. Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Building strong relationships with customers is crucial in any industry, but it's particularly important in the Process and Construction sector, where projects often involve long-term commitments and high-value contracts. The Sales Manager must understand the unique needs of customers in this sector, provide excellent service, and address any concerns promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
   
4. Drive Revenue Growth: Revenue growth is the primary objective of any sales department, and the Sales Manager plays a central role in achieving this goal. This involves identifying new sales opportunities, expanding market share, and maximizing sales from existing customers. In the Process and Construction sector, revenue growth may be influenced by factors such as project timelines, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements.
   
5. Forecasting and Reporting: Accurate forecasting and reporting are essential for monitoring sales performance, identifying trends, and making informed business decisions. The Sales Manager is responsible for preparing sales forecasts, analyzing sales data, and generating reports to track progress against targets. In the Process and Construction sector, where projects often involve significant investments and long lead times, effective forecasting is critical for resource planning and budgeting.
   

• Responsible for safe and efficient execution of all general, special and maintenance projects in the workshop and work sites while at the same time meeting schedule and cost
• Supervise workers and responsible for the quality of work execution to zero rework and non-compliance
• Assist Project engineer & Project Coordinator in scoping and man-hours estimation of project works
• Work and plan closely with the Project coordinator on work scope changes or work scheduling issues during the daily meeting
• To provide update of job status to the Project coordinators
• To provide information and feedback on overtime request/requirement of works to the Project coordinators/engineers
• Carry out Daily Toolbox meeting utilizing the toolbox meeting checklist, Method Statement and JSAs
• Application of relevant work permits on site prior to start of any site installation/tie-in/ modification works and to ensure closure after completion
• Liaise closely with clients site/project supervisor pertaining to all issues regarding the permits requirement, site preparation and work execution
• Assign next working day’s job after discussion with the Project engineers & coordinators
• Monitor workers performances, attitude and productivity to the Project Engineer for workers’ assessment
• Enforces Company’s Standing Orders and Safety Requirement/Housekeeping
• Prepares and submits summary of time sheets to the Project Engineer at the end of each month
• Ensure proper housekeeping on work sites and workshop
• Ensure consumables and workshop equipment in order and available, to feedback to Project engineer if required maintenance or procurement/stock up

• Quoting clients and other stakeholders on job costs.
• Discussing project plans with relevant stakeholders and clients.
• Examining and priming surfaces for plastering.
• Selecting the appropriate plastering materials for different sites.
• Protecting non-plastering surfaces with appropriate materials.
• Applying different plasters to exterior and interior surfaces.
• Fixing and repairing previous plastering work when necessary.
• Reporting any structural issues to the site foreman.
• Mixing and preparing mortar, plasters, and other finishes.
• Consulting with other contractors to ensure project deadlines are met timeously.
